Today is Ico's birthday and I'll bake a Brazilian carrot cake recipe with "Brigadeiro" (sort of a chocolate fudge) icing.

Cake - As we all prefer Brigadeiro better, I will ignore the icing part of this recipe, but it would have been a good choice too.
Brigadeiro - Normally Brigadeiro is cooked to the point of rolling, however today I want to take it off the heat while it is still creamy so it becomes a nice sticky icing when cold.
I hope the kids will enjoy.
