Ginger Teriyaki Salmon


I've cooked this before and it was particularly good. Back then I've served it on a bed of Rocket and Watercress salad  for the calories conscious adults. And on a nest of mash potatoes for the kids.

Today I'll repeat the Ginger Teriyaki Salmon this time served with white Japanese rice as in the original recipe.

But for now it is time to run to the shop and buy the missing ingredients ...
