Mum’s Rolls

4x eggs
3x cups of milk 
3/4 cup oil 
2x cups of sugar 
2x tbsp butter
1x tsp salt
70g fresh yeast

Add all ingredients into a mixer, mix well and then pour into a bowl. Sift in flour until you get a flexible (not too firm) dough. Set aside. After dough has doubled in size (approx. 60mins), separate into little rolls and leave to rest for another 60 minutes.

brush eggs on top of rolls and bake on medium heat until golden. 

Syrup


Bring water and sugar to boil and reduce it to a syrup like liquid.  Pour over baked rolls and decorate with ground coconut.
